Synopsis

Operations Management is what gives an organisation the power to act, to create value for its customers, shareholders, and the business ecosystem. Times are changing more quickly than we can adapt. PGCPOM is an 11-month programme designed for operations professionals to enable them to take tactical and operational decisions in alignment with organisational strategy. • Diploma (10+2+3) or bachelor’s degree or equivalent (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) or 2-year master’s degree or equivalent from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of work experience after completion of qualifying education
• Participants who fulfil the above criteria and are not currently working, are also eligible to apply for the programme
