Product management is a strategic function that embodies a wide-ranging area of responsibilities; right from concept, design & development, and deployment, to product support, product improvement, and product extension. On the other hand, Brand management is the communication of the tangible and intangible characteristics of a brand to enhance its perceived value, and evoke trust, loyalty, and advocacy on the part of the consumer. It is a continuous process of developing, maintaining, and building on a product or service’s Brand Equity.

Product Management and Brand Management functions and roles don’t operate in silos or a vacuum. They are interrelated and interdependent. Thorough knowledge of both domains will always add more value than mastery in just one. Mastery over both these critical organisational functions and roles is highly desirable whether you are currently in, or inclined towards, a role in either the product or brand management.

Eligibility

  • Diploma (10+2+3)/Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4)/2-Year Master’s Degree or its equivalent from Universities recognised (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline
  • 2 years of work experience after completion of qualifying education as

Certificate

Participants will receive a course completion certificate of ‘Executive Certificate Programme in Product & Brand Management issued by IIM Kashipur Subject to successful completion of the prescribed course of study and fulfilment of all other academic requirements.

  • Candidates will successfully complete the programme if they have met the attendance requirements and the evaluation criteria
  • Successful candidates will receive a ‘Certificate of Successful Completion’ from IIM Kashipur
  • Those with requisite attendance but unable to complete successfully will receive a ‘Certificate of Participation’
